Miller, 34, voluntarily turned himself in to the Glenn Heights Police Department and was subsequently processed at the DeSoto Police Department jail. He posted a $5,000 bond and was released shortly after. The situation worsened with Miller reportedly applying pressure to her neck, destroying her laptop, and pulling her hair, causing her to fall. The girlfriend managed to record part of the incident before Miller eventually left the apartment. She was treated for minor injuries and provided a full account to the police.
